I developed and executed Locale’s social media strategy – primarily focusing on Instagram – with an organic increase of nearly 900 followers in a year. The goal was to create a lifestyle brand through imagery, social influencer campaigns, and emphasizing the company’s voice and tone.
Welcome Guides
As a new concept of an aparthotel brand, the information and check-in instructions were constantly changing, often creating 150 outdated check-in binders once they were printed and distributed. To simplify the process, I created single-page welcome guides for each of the 10 properties with static information such as: WiFi, amenities, quiet hours, etc. with more information linked to a visual digital guide with more in-depth details. This not only saved the company valuable resources, such as time and money, but also was a preferred way the guest expressed how they receive communication.
