In 2015 and early 2016, STG Design lost many jobs after the interview phase, with brokers citing that our teams were not "a fit for personality." This feedback was received enough that red flags were raised. A new, conversational presentation format was born, focusing on the client and helping STG architects and interior designers foster a connection in a 30-60-minute interview. This was done in a number of ways, illustrated in the presentations: focus less on STG and more on the potential client, use less slides and dig into more relevant examples and create slides that require the presenter to get the presentee engaged.
